Elon Musks first wife describes their relationship
The purpose of this video is NOT TO DISPARAGE ELON. I LOVE ELON DEEPLY. The purpose of this video is to highlight to people that money and intelligence quite literally does not ensure a good intimate relationship. Few of us will be able to achieve what Elon has achieved. To sacrifice ones intimate relationship, the most important relationship you will have in your life, for the HOPE! of money and success is wrong. And not a decision you should take lightly. Nothing should take precedence over loving your partner. Whatever time you have left over should be spent on changing the world.

If you notice many so many celebrity Mothers have twins these days....Julia Roberts, Jennifer Lopez, Angelina Jolie, Mariah Carey, I could go on and on. I find myself attracted to men who are smart on paper, over time I've noticed something most of them have in common is lacking an equal emotional intelligence. A friend advised me that knowing when to walk away was also being smart. That conversation is present with me every time I run into men like this, no matter how attracted I feel towards him.

It takes a man of exceptional intellect, dedication and effort accomplish what Musk has accomplished, these are the men that have pushed humanity forward, that have propelled us from living like apes. There are people who understand this and are willing to sacrifice and support such men to see them through to achieve the impossible. And there are others that are self-centered and only concerned about their happiness, their fulfillment, and prioritize their needs. @thedarkestlotus
@thedarkestlotus 2 жыл бұрын
You can be a man who takes "No" for an answer because you're certain about what you want in life. That exudes confidence. And to be fucking honest: you need a level of ego to be confident. Therefore, one should pay close attention to their self, observe it at all times and care for any wrong steps as it is really easy to confuse confidence with turning yourself into a narcissist. They're not the same, but they're similar. Humbleness should be part of your life when needed.

To be fair, she came to this conclusion when he showed up with ice cream after she agreed to go on a date with him. She didn't say no, she said yes, then decided to reject him after the fact in the most inhumane way possible. That should have been his red flag to avoid her at all costs. But if you dig even a little, you'd realize this entire video is based in half truth as well as complete fabrication, so it's a moot point actually.

Elon is basically following the path of his father. His dad was basically missing in action, always involved with whatever he was interested in and ignored the family. People repeat what's most familiar to them and they will keep repeating the behavior unless they make a conscious decision to change their behavior. Sacrificing your family is easily accomplished if you're fixated on your own interests, it's a decision made everyday by many people. Balance is the key to a good life. In the end, all you really have in this world is your family, nurture it.

There is no time to both devote to a demanding business and your family. Creative people and workaholics like Elon should never have families in the first place. This guy works almost 15 hours a day… no time for anything else.. this applies also to artists, they are living in a universe of themselves, no one can enter that world. I think the most important part of this by far is when she says "he was a driven, competitive man at work, and I found out that didn't change once he got home". The person you marry is the same you see when he's with his friends, employees, workers etc. And he may act different to you now, but that could change anytime. Elon Musk isn't a narcissist. I don't think any narcissist in history has ever achieved the success Elon has. They're usually pretty useless people who only survive on the backs of others. Elon has Asperger's. Not nearly the same thing. Best leaving the psychoanalysis to those who are qualified.

@@antonystringfellow5152 many narcissists and psychopaths are extremely successful and very wealthy. Elon is absolutely a narcissist if he resorted to sledging and focusing on flaws and faults of the other in an argument. An emotionally intelligent person with empathy does not do that to someone they love -- if they see their partner with 'faults and flaws' then they would first understand that those faults and flaws must exist within themselves first and their partner is mirroring back, and second they would suggest therapy to work on addressing those faults and flaws if they were so detrimental. A person that resorts to highlighting the faults and flaws in another in an argument rather than on the topic at hand, is someone that is avoiding responsibility of their own part they have played to reach that point. In a healthy relationship there is no need to argue about anything, rather than arguing, healthy people will seek to resolve issues before they become pain points that cause arguments. Dealing with a person with Asperger's is a tough call, and it's not up to their partner to absorb their shortcomings. Rather, the person with Asperger's requires the suitable therapy so that they learn how to respond in suitable, mature and healthy ways. Whichever way a person gets away from a narcissist, whether the narc instigates the divorce or not, it's still an ESCAPE. *other hints that he is a narcissist is the pre-nuptial agreements, expecting his wife to go blonder, etc -- he cared more about his financial position rather than equality and her welfare in and after the relationship. You clearly like to attack women and defend a narcissist, so chances are that you are also a narcissist or an abuser of some description.

Abusers often change their behavior toward you when they think they "have you." When you move in together and you can't afford to live on your own, when you get married and can't afford to get a divorce, when you have a child together and want nothing more than to give your kids a whole family. They know they can treat you progressively worse and you will just try harder.

Her ability to write and exspress her feelings without name calling or mud slinging is beyond beautiful. I'm actually almost speechless. My interest in Elon has always led me to one conclusion and it's this that his own childhood pain was so great that he has become a mixture of his father and his mother. His world only exists on Mars as a evolutionary being with no words no feelings just an existence that doesn't involve any memory of anything bad. It's not about changing the conditions of earth or the human condition. However Justine is a different story and just may be the the factor that gives her 5 sons the reality of love and nurture on this planet to take both worlds and the technology and the vision and change the course of the human Spirit.

You can have your billionaire husbands, who worship material things more than life itself. I've been down that road where men think by handing you their credit card you should kiss their feet. When I finally did marry, I made sure it was just a regular guy who liked regular things. We were married 40 years before he passed away, but I wouldn't trade one of those 40 years. We had an apt in NYC and a sleeping bag when we started out, so what, we laughed for years about it. We ice skated in Central Park, walked hand in hand with our Sabrett Hot Dog off the street cart, and laughed the night away. We traveled and collected seashells and we snorkeled together ,and enjoyed our life. Maybe we didn't have a bunch of material things, but so what, we had love and commitment and mostly lots of laugh and love. These ''elites" have nothing but a bunch of ''stuff" as I call it, but there's always this sadness in their eyes. Years ago I hung out with the Wall Street crowd, money people that drank themselves into a stupor constantly. The people I looked up to as successful in life, I no longer looked up to, it was more like pity than anything else.

"my husband's going to kill me." These thoughts are so heartbreaking 😢. I have watched this dynamic play out in so many older generations and indeed it plays out less in younger generations but divorces are ever increasing. I know one thing is certain, any couple that requires a prenup or postnup for the relationship to move forward means that at least one party is aware that the values between the pair is not shared and the exchange is not grounded in mutual commitment. Relationships that start centered have also fallen apart but irregardless it's a tragedy that so many of us never learn and embrace that true love is a sacrificial giving that does not expect in return. Most of us never evolve to that level and there's a reason there are more priests than saints. But when it does happen all heaven rejoices!! Boy howdy.

Is it just me or did someone else also notice this: A few days ago I was reading an article about how Einstein’s genius affected his family and something very similar happened. Einstein’s wife said the exact same thing Musks wife is saying, Einstein’s wife said that he treated her like an employee he can’t fire, and how he gave her an ultimatum or divorce the exact same thing as Elon and Justine. You can read all about it on,one but I just thought it’s something very interesting to point out.

I also lost a son but to the world I was strong because I took it so calmly and even went to work after his funeral. That did not mean that I did not miss or love him so very dearly. I kept it all in my heart and remember the good times we had together. I chose to forget the moment he died. I know that after life I shall surely see him again in heaven. I am trying to live a godly life to be able to qualify for heaven at last. However, life goes on and I must face the realities of everyday living. I never lost my mind over it. And there was no shoulder to cry on. So I took it with a lion heart. It still hurts up till today but the hope of meeting him in heaven gives me joy! So it is alright to grieve but not so much. Men feel vulnerable in the face of grieve and tears.

I felt validated that I dawn upon the same conclusion -that is- when two admiring individuals who could have help each other thrive in a union instead found one of the half's wanting to "guaranteed" only the other's (THEIR) way of thinking/lifestyle/choices, ultimately, there will be NO HEALTHLY OUTCOME. The initial love will always be but over time the TRUTH will come out that love cannot overcome behavior that yields incompatible union.
