Dixie emanates so much kindness and sweetness and I think this is the type of characteristics that Elvis bowed down to. He navigated well in the world with help of friends, loved ones and managers but people like Dixie truly stuck like glue to Elvis's soul.

Part 2 may be my favorite spa guy video yet. I learned that Priscilla and Dixie are close, and for some reason, that really made me happy, and not question Priscilla as much any longer. When Dixie spoke of Elvis singing gospel was neat too. Elvis is one of only a couple of singers that can give me chills when he sings some songs, like How great thou art, or Trilogy, and there aren't singers I hear today that have that feel....or maybe I'm just getting old at 50...

Fantastic story, super lady of god. Spa Guy thanks for this series, shows that Elvis was a one. Of a kind. He was a regular guy on track that he didn’t know what God’s plan was for his life. Which I think he was still searching for all the way to the end. God in my opinion will never let anyone have the influence that he had in this world like Elvis. Rex Humbard said it best he was Gods bell sheep. But like all people we can stray and he can bring us home at his time. Love your videos and the effort and time that you put in your projects. Thanks

Great interview! Always wonder if the people who knew him in high school or before his fame ever saw him in March 74 at the Mid-South Coliseum or somewhere else nearby?? At that point in 72-74 he was in top concert form and a living legend. Wonder what those people thought if they saw him then after knowing him in 53-54-55.
