Fuckin A. Just wow. Really cool stuff. I like the imagination. I really have watched hundreds of videos since getting infatuated with this hobby and the constant flipping and half flipping it’s just so disorienting if you’re not the person doing the maneuvers. The transition and Duration between flips is excellent. Great ratio 👍

Awesome video..buttery smooth! Would you recommend the Hawk 5 to a FPV beginner? I currently fly a phantom 4 but think i might take the dive into fpv and this looks like a great all rounder

airsofter2247 Thanks!🙂 The Hawk 5 is definitely one of the best ready built fpv drones. The only downside I can see is the video transmitter and video antenna mount, still good enough though. Another good ready built is this: www.diatone.hk/mobile/goods.php?id=440 It has a better video transmitter than the Hawk and better antenna mount.

I haven't tried the Diatone myself, but based on specs I think I would choose that one. Just make sure to get the updated version. The first one liked to burn itself up. I'm sure you can get a 3d printed gopro mount for both of them.

Thanks! My rates are the following: Roll + pitch: 2.04 rc rate, 0.45 expo, no super rate. Yaw: 1.9 rc rate, 0.35 expo, no super rate.

This flight was stock pids, but I don't remember what betaflight version it was.
