Bobby Leach - Died of a broken leg after slipping on an orange peel.

For part 17: A lawyer in Brazil took his mother to a MRI scanning. The lawyer loved guns more than everything else and just refused to go unarmed wherever he went. There are a lot of warnings around MRI machines that say that you shouldn't keep any metallic stuff. However, the lawyer ignored all of that because he loved his gun so much. Then, when the MRI machine was turn on, the magnetic fields pulled his gun and fired it. The lawyer was shot by his own gun and died some days later from the injury.

Over a Million years later,this series will still go on. If we dont become extinct first.

I love Darwin awards. So helpful to society. Courts aren’t as busy, more apts/houses available to rent, dropping rent, decreasing food shortage, etc etc. demands on health care, freeing up universities for applications, the list is endless.

Best one I ever heard was the petty thief who used to go round syphoning petrol out of motorhomes. On one motorhome and whilst sucking on the pipe to start the syphoning process, he found out that he'd actually put the pie in the sewage tank. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 GLORIOUS. It's what the Darwin awards are for.

There's a Darwin Award winner story that has given me nightmares. It was a girlfriend who went over to her boyfriends house drunk after they'd been fighting and banged on his door. He wasn't home, but assuming he was and just wasn't answering because of the fight she started looking around for other ways into his house, eventually settling on the chimney. She attempted to climb down head first for some reason, unaware that the chimney shaft narrowed before opening into the fireplace, and she got stuck. She probably shouted for help but the sound didn't carry out the chimney and the weight of her body kept wedging her further and further into the shaft, compressing her chest and making it gradually impossible to breathe. It is, frankly, one of the worst ways to die I can think of and I shiver every time I think of that poor, foolish person. **shudder**

Yeah...that first story. Was with my father on old mine property that he was surveying for the company in Colorado. Found a box of sweating dynamite in an old shed, so we VERY carefully made our way out of the shed, went down to the only working telephone for miles, and called the sheriff. Sheriff, who knew my father, asked if he had a rifle with him (kind of a "gimme" question because the sheriff knew my father ALWAYS carried a rifle in bear country). When my father said that he did, sheriff apparently just said that he could handle it. So, back up to the shed we go...well, HE went, I stayed at the truck which was about a quarter-mile away. He got the rifle, propped it up on a rock large enough to hide behind about 300 meters away (easy shot...he'd been in the Marines), aimed, and fired at the wall near where the dynamite was. Either the force of that 30.06 round passing close enough to the box was enough, or he hit the box, but it didnt matter. That shed was GONE! Small bits of debris and rocks were falling even out near the truck! My father comes walking out of the dust-cloud, lit up a cigarette, made a comment about how that was better than sex, and we drove to the next survey site. Just another day at the office, for him.

The animations are fantastic, as is the narrator! This is such a fun channel and I love this series!

I can’t even begin to imagine how traumatizing it would have been to be the neighbour running to get their garden hose to put the woman out only to have them die from burning.

Love these series but I need to be honest, some of the stories put up here have been mentioned before in your earlier videos like the Brazil Walkman incident, the Burger King manager incident and the tennis lady cleaning her shoes with gasoline etc. it’s like you’re recycling the stories but I guess it’s more fun to tell the same stories again in a funnier way. Gotta tell ya, unless there were two bumblebee-heads in Brazil back in 2002 who asphyxiated themselves while trying to remove a bee hive, we've got a duplicate story here lolol. 14 yr old pushed a 8 lb lump of concrete off a partly built bridge into traffic . The lump had a piece of metal sticking out that got hooked into his scrotum . This caused him to fall off the edge . He hung by his hands for a few seconds before falling into traffic . The lump got caught in the radiator of a car and he got dragged 30 yrds . He might not have died but he definitely wont be having kids .
