Hey, I understand. Try not to be too hard on yourself. Allow yourself to process necessary thoughts and emotions, then continue with your days. Naturally, self love will present itself. You do not need to force it. Love will just come by. I trust that you got this!!

I love my Bose headphones, but yes they do sometimes slide off while doing certain exercises. :(
