As a health coach, he's been coaching for several years and was featured on Time Warner's Get Fit. He's helped hundreds of individuals not only burn fat and build muscle, but also create a healthy active lifestyle so that people no longer have to yo-yo.
He's recognized for his zen style leadership. Combine that with his passionate vision of guiding others to become their best selves, gives him an authority when it comes to personal transformation. Whether it be through dance or fitness classes, he coaches individuals to gain the confidence they seek and get they results they never thought was possible.

"Why so farrrr????" 1. Because there are already videos scheduled. I post K-Pop reaction videos on Monday and Wednesday only. This gives me an opportunity to share the other content i'm passionate about for this channel. 2. Releasing content like this allows me to keep the channel consistent and focus on other projects other than trying to keep a daily youtube schedule since I run two businesses. Wiz*One, correct me if I'm wrong, if not mistaken for this choreo, their teacher only gave them points of the choreography and the rest of it was guided by Eunbi and maybe also Chaeyeon(?)

There is a demo of this choreography, but some fragments are different from the final version. They didn’t come up with the whole choreo themselves

Her movements were probably a bit more calmed down from the rehearsal is because right after that dance break she has lines so she needed to be able to breathe…and ya know singing. 😂

I'm actually crying. I miss them so much. I miss Chaeyeon I also think Chaeyeon's wardrobe restricted her in the live, I shall await more IZ*ONE. What do you guys think of the talks to bring them back together?

Yeah, that's one of the reasons i like the studio choom version better, the wardrobe was more comfortable and she wasn't wearing those weird and heavy extensions on her hair.

Thank you the analysis! This my favorite IZ*One choreo (for obvious reasons) and it's always fun to see people appreciate it. Chaeyeon is a beast indeed! She's a main dancer for a reason. But I think you're right about the wardrobe be somewhat restrictive - doing all that in heels and a tight, tiny skirt has to up the difficulty.

Biggest mistake was allowing IZone to disband. They should have renegotiated, they were too successful. I recommend ‘Violeta’ it’s definitely one of IZone’s best choreography and also the last release ‘Panorama’. Both are great routines.

Loved your reaction!! "Strong Knees Club" 🤣🤣 That's what I love about k-pop choreos. There's so much going on in terms of formations & transitions, and so cleanly executed whatever angle it's viewed from! (Oh My Girl's "Closer" choreo forms the shapes of zodiac constellations - that you can _ONLY see in the TOP VIEW version_ !!!) I can't imagine all the hours of practice and teamwork that go into one song! Not to mention, even their hair flips are almost another part of the dance, and really add to the dynamic movements (kinda like having double the dancers 😆)

they were a great group, they were the top 12 winners of Produce 48 but just disbanded and went back to their companies/countries. Most of them are 2000 babies or younger with the youngest/tallest/center born in 04... All of them had great personalities also so they were a very beloved group.

Up until Panorama (choreo by Choi Youngjoon), all of IZ*ONE's Korean title tracks were choreographed by Chae Dasom of Freemind! So it was really cool to see her and IZ*ONE grow alongside each other as choreographer and performers each comeback.

No wonder why. I've always thought Panorama was quite lacking overall. Felt like it was back to where center dominates but the rest are merely backup dancer, even for chae. The point movement are clear and welll executed but I think the formation are quite messy and it didn't really highlight everyone. Ssot by far is the best choreo for me cause everyone hv their time to shine.

it's funny how the 2 you pointed out for being tall are the youngest 2,, in fact the youngest (girl to the left of the center opening to the audience) is the youngest. those 2 are currently in a group called IVE. Also,, this dance was almost completely taught by Chaeyeon and Eunbi. Due to schedule conflicts their choreographer only taught them twice the basic steps and never met them again. So,, the 2 main dancers (Chaeyeon and Eunbi) stepped up and taught the choreo themselves. Real credit to them honestly,, this one of their hardest and their best.

Highly recommend their Fiesta and Violeta next Fiesta has complex and very interesting cheoreo whereas Violeta is very elegant and pleasant formations

Btw mostly of their choreography are less supervied by a chroreographer and with no decent practice room. This group endured a lot of adversaries during their stint for 2.5 years. But still they did a great job performing.they really fought hard.

You saying that they killed it more in the rehearsals reminds me of Yena, one of their members with the blonde hair, who said the same thing...she said she was a little disappointed on her performance because she felt that she wasn't able to show her best compared to their rehearsals.

it usually depends on what the requestor asks for, or what chat suggests if no specific performance was given.

Yep, they usually dance better in practice video, because during performance they likely wear heels. I think this is common problem of female idols.
