My experience-NB1: Fun but unstable for long runs, NB2: My fav and put in over 600 miles, NB3: Heel slip and felt very clunky (ran long). I'm on the fence about the NB4, I've found I prefer a more nimble versus clunky shoe.

I really like the Novablast 3 (I’m on my second pair) for daily training. Don’t really use them for workouts, as I prefer the Superblast for faster paces, so the extra cushioning is a welcome change for me!

Gotta give credit for actually changing this shoe every year, while every other shoe out there is at least on a 2-yr cycle. I've only tried the Novablast 2s and I enjoyed them - in fact my Marathon PR this year was in them! Am very curious about the 3 or 4 so thanks for your thoughts. Can't wait to see what you do at NYC this year! I'll be rooting for you from afar!

Hmmmmm maybe SuperBlast still but they’re different. SuperBlast is stiffer and less nimble. Novablast feels more like a standard daily trainer but more flexible

Hopefully there will be a more discreet color options for the Nova Blast 4 early next year. The reason I never bough another version of the NB since the first model was because of the crazy color combinations. I knew that the stability got very improved since version two . But the colors ...

Ruby was camera shy! The most plus out of the shoes you mentioned is the Nimbus! SuperBlast will have more cushion than novablast 4 as well but it’s a stiffer, less nimble shoe!

Hi, Emily. What do what to see in the new Superblast? Give us your tots? I will want a reduce in price, a same upper as the MetaSpeed series, ripped laces, maybe a lower stack. I feel the higher stack makes Superblast feels clumsy. Oh, more true to size as the current model feels longer.

They’re definitely different but I think in terms of cushion I would pick 1080v13. Novablast 4 is firmer but will give you a bit more energy return

I just bought a pair of Novablast 3’s thinking I would love them because I loved the 2’s. I’m so disappointed and I can’t return them😢. Thinking about the 4’s now after watching your videos of both. Would love your thoughts on the taller heel of the 4’s? I’m worried that will irritate me

SuperBlast is less nimble, stiffer. Novablast feels more like a standard daily trainer but more flexible than SuperBlast and maybe a touch firmer/responsive

I'm an older dude....71..and have some bone issues[hip and upper left leg], I have tried many many pairs of shoes--mainly for comfort and decent last on out-sole....Nike Invincible runs 1-2 seem to be the winner for me...still...but hard to keep finding older year shoes. Do you think these Novablast 4 have "better" midsole than invincible run's 1-2 ?? { better = feel the spongy support-soft cushion and good return/response]-Thanks---I have tried/bought several shoes based solely[no pun intended] on your reviews....

Go with the Gel-Nimbus 26! I own the Invincible 3 and absolutely love them! Nimbus 25/26 is the only shoe on foot which comes close!! ✌🏻

Honestly in terms of feeling - the invincible has way more bounce and energy. But it’ll be less supportive/stable. It’s a bit of a trade off

Nb4 and Clifton 9 will feel lighter and more responsive 1080v13 will feel a touch heavier but much softer Triumph 21 will feel a bit heavier but responsive. Less sink in feel Nimbus 25 will feel heavier and softer than all these shoes

I had the original Novablast 1 (G.O.A.T) and I absolutely loved that shoe, putting hundreds of miles on it. I then got the Novablast 3 and was a little disappointed. Is this 4th version that much different than the 3? The original had a bigger stack height and felt more comfortable and responsive under foot.

More like superblast for people with big feet, since Asics doesn't make supershoes for sizes over 13, while others companies like Nike, Saucony, and Hoka do.
