As I observed in loan emi's, intrest amount is greater than principal amount in initial emi's, May be emi is same for every month but principal and interest amount will be vary in every month emi , so if we want to pre close loan after 1 year it means, we are paying the more intrest than principal, so what is the better way to pre close loan , can any one suggest on this

Bank charge high interest in the beginning because If you take loan of 10L and after 2 years you got money from somewhere else and you want to repay the outstanding and close home loan. In this case, if bank charge you less interest for beginning 2 year, bank will not make profit for his 10L.
