Emily Sisson discusses her training block leading up to the 2024 U.S. Marathon Olympic Trials. The 2021 Olympian at 10,000 meters shares insight on her 2023 racing season including her final Marathon before the trials, the 2023 Chicago Marathon completed last fall. Great interview, but work on posture and eye contact. That was a little distracting that you were constantly looking at the table.
