As I edited I thought... does it appear I'm throwing shade (do people still say that) at the TikTok anchor mentioned in this video? Frankly, she's figured out how to turn being late into a really intriguing and well-viewed mini genre for herself. I was just speaking from my own former environment where I don't think I could've gotten by with it. All in all it seems she's a charismatic, talented anchor.

Use the tarte foundation puff and pat it lightly to build. Its all on that magical puff. 😊 It’s similar to one of my favorite Korean beauty foundations that have excellent coverage. I think using the brush with that foundation makes it separate because it goes on too thick.

I just need to let you know how much you helped me over the past 6 months. I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer last August 22,2021. The day before my 35th wedding anniversary. After a Whipple procedure and six months of chemotherapy I have developed neuropathy in my hands and feet. Lost the ability to hold items due to not being able to feel them, anywho I just need to thank you for giving me the opportunity to learn from you, every thing I did prior to being diagnosed has needed adjustment due to hair loss and weight loss. Cancer survivor here. I can relate to your experience, especially the neuropathy. I had aggressive taxane-based chemo for my breast cancer, which caused me to barely be able to walk during treatment and for a very long time afterwards. So painful. Looking back, I believe my oncologist took it too far with me tolerance wise. Had to have my husband push me around in a wheelchair when we went on vacation after treatment was over. I was amazed at how many people stared at me. It made me mad-and sad for those who have to use a wheelchair 24.7. It took about a year and a half to nearly heal. Eighteen years later, I still have times where it flares and the bottom of my feet get beet red. But it eventually goes away, so I feel blessed. All this to say, nerves can and will regenerate over time. I hope this makes you feel better knowing that. My love and support go out to you. I hope this year’s holiday is bringing you peace and joy. ❤️

MIDDLE-AGED BEGINNER here: Thank you from the bottom of my heart and the bottom of my dark eye-circles!! When I was a younger woman I didn't wear make-up (maybe lipstick or mascara) but nothing else. Now I'm older with un-even skin and discoloring that I never had before. I am discovering how to use make-up and what to use. Thank you very much for making it accessible and easy to understand. I really appreciate your explanations and instructions. I enjoy listening to you and the way you explain things. Thank you for using Trios and Quads!!! I love Shimmering Sands!! I get annoyed with the huge eyeshadow palettes. They are overwhelming and most of the colors/choices won't ever be use. It seems like a way to sell product. I'm fair skinned, naturally dark blonde with blonde eyebrows and strong colors overwhelm my face. BTW NYX Can't stop-Won't stop foundation- I like it even more than ELF or IT Cosmetics!! Thank You for suggesting it. Here's a suggestion: Burt's bees Lip Shimmers. They are a great alternative to lipstick which sometimes has a funny smell and/or taste. Burt's Bees Lip Shimmers go on smooth & creamy. Another suggestion: CoverGirl Nearly Nudes Quad. It's almost a smaller version of one of the Naked Basics. Thank you again!!! My current fave combo: ELF Putty Primer, NYX, CoverGril stick concealer, ELF Setting Powder. NO under-eye circles!! Thanks again!!

Great tips, ty! Given your history, I would really focus on good skin care to address the issues you have. I’m 63 and have learned a lot about skincare from You Tuber, Angie at Hot and Flashy. She buys a LOT of different skincare products and tests the heck out of them. Her father is a chemist, so she knows a lot about skincare ingredients. Some of her skincare product comparison tests are quite sophisticated (like her vitamin C one). You might want to check her out.

I would love to see a one and done with 'Nova' if you think it would look OK. I am very intrigued by this palette for some reason. I see a LOT of potential one and dones in there.
