I agree with Mac- it is creepy that Caleb is sending gifts to Cain's kids. Did he send anything to Eve?

Caleb suddenly showing up and trying to get all cozy with Cain’s is creepy to me too. He has to have some underlying devious motive to doing this. Also, Moira should remember it was not long ago she was having bad problems with her brother Mac whom she had never mentioned existed to .Cain before he turned up so she had no right to give out to Cain for not mentioning his half brother.

Thought Moira of all people would be more understanding and sympathetic given that it was 10 minutes ago she was going through this with Mack (even though I have a feeling they'll take a darker route with Caleb's character)

I'm sorry but people keep saying 'why now' its kinda obvious; he thought his mother was dead all these years and because of Cain's stint in prison he found out she was alive - I can understand how that could put things into perspective. Esp since he was robbed of her meeting her; he prob thought if he didn't act now he'd never meet any of his family.

I don't think the presents were creepy, I think it was more on the petty side. It was called back to their short interaction of Cain working in a garage and the car that Caleb stole. I saw it more that Caleb was letting Cain know that he was back after finding out that Cain lied about Faith. If I was Caleb I would have been furious that Cain denied me thirty years of my mother and answers that only Faith could provide, so I get why he sent stuff to remind Cain of him and because Cain can't be there for his kids now that he's inside. Now Caleb walking into the house without knocking and almost telling Kyle who he was more unnerving in my mind.

The car he bought Kyle is similar to the one he was joyriding when cain took the rap for him

I have mixed feelings abt him (reply to me if you have any more theories and feelings) • Why did he send gifts just to cain's kids and not eve, BUT did he even know eve existed because it seems he only found out about her on chas' phone. • Why this timing? Why when cain has just gone to prison and just when Faith has died. But could it be just coincidence, but that would be verh random for emmerdale writers to do. • Why is he so keen to bond with his family after all this time? But maybe he just wants to get to know them while he has the chance like he didnt woth faith. • What type of storyline will he have?? ofc he's not gonna be here for nothing. Here's my theories- he'll try and hook up with moira, he could stalk moira or any of the dingles, ge mey be here to replace cain and be the true emmerdale villain (hope not cos cain is irreplaceable ) or he could get cain out of prison to repay him from when cain took the blame for the car incident. Now my main theory is about Caleb taking the blame for the murder. I'll tell you a few way why i think this but ill also tell you some other things that are making me doubt it. Why i think it: • they never made a deal back then to do with money, love, prizes etc. cain only wanted him to leave him alone. That doesnt mean Caleb will listen to it 30 years later. • Since Caleb didnt really give cain anything in return back then, he may have felt guilty about it through the years, and want to help cain out of prison. • He also may want to seem like a good person to his family. Obviously Cain is one of the favourites, so if Caleb takes the blame and gets cain out of prison, he'll obviously be on the good books. • This one is a bit different but if Caleb goes into prison for Cain then I'm almost 100% sure that he'll have some sort of storyline. Reasons why im put off: •Why didnt caleb get him out during cain's past arrests? •This sentence isnt nearly as bad as the car one so why would he do that. •Would this seem like a rushed way to get Cain out of prison?? Thats basically it, if you've got down here thank you haha

Just to let anyone who watches this know. William Ash,who plays Caleb, is prob the nicest guy in the business. I worked with him many years ago, when we both had brown hair!!! Top guy.

Why does Moira think that Caleb should do what Cain wants? Caleb has other family members. Cain is not god. He may think he is but nobody dances to his tune but Moira.
