I remember when Emmure first came out, along with The Acacia Strain. Those two bands completely changed the game, as far as Hardcore goes. They had such a huge influence that you can still see today.

I'll always love Emmure, and no can change that so idc for anyone's opinion but when it comes to the possible meaning of the video and where people say it's a waste of money and makes no sense... I see it as a scenario that's going on inside of the head of someone having a mental breakdown over a bad breakup. That is what the song is primarily about, what a lot of his songs are about, repressed feelings and emotions from past relationships. I see this video as a display of mixed emotions of sadness and violence twisted with good and bad memories, and everything just intertwining into a giant mess. In my eyes, it's a visual adaptation of a mental breakdown.

Im happy you've joined the cult. Eternal Enemies and look at yourself are good albums. The old shit is great but its amazing to see him grow as a lyricist and just in general from 2003 to now. Hes definitely improved the game there is no other like Franki. As someone whos been following emmure since i was like 11 i can assure you theyre fucking perfection.
