Aside from seeing her so nervous and restrained before this there was nothing wrong with her voice and she just proved that she’s over the anxiety. She’s not her grandmother, why would she ever sound like her, she’s her own voice . Having said that I wish she wouldn’t read the comments because you can’t please everyone, that’s why there are so many types of music, each person likes different music too. 🥰🙋🏼‍♀️

She has a beautiful voice, and I think her songwriting is so good. She is competing against herself. She is very shy, and her stage fright is going to be one of her biggest hurdles on this show. Until she lets go and believes in herself, she will always have this problem. I hope this experience gains her some much needed confidence and self-worth.

I closed my eyes and just listened. Beautiful simplicity. Loved it. The breathiness is beautiful, but i think she also needs a larger breathing compacity or maybe breath control, so she can hold some, not all, notes longer and with control. Still, just a special voice to listen to. 😊

Everything that Gene Simmons said to the singers I will take to my heart. ❤ I am in a High School Choir and I think what he said will help me a lot, I just wish and hope that the other Choir members would or heard what he had to say, especially when we have our BRAVO concert next month which requires a lot of emotion, I also wish that they could or did hear it because my Choir has a hard time trying to take up space and I think a famous person like Gene telling them to take up there own space means a lot, not that anybody in my Choir dosent do that, cause I do when I can but it just makes it hard. I also get why we have a hard time with taking up space because in a Choir you have to match the same for a lot of things as the others in your group, but still try to stand out. In case your wondering at my next Choir concert my Choirs theme is ( coincidentally) Space and we are doing Aqarious, Adastraw ( I know I might have spelt it wrong but that's how it sounds ) and a School appropriate version of Starships. As combined Choirs the theme is Barbie the Girls and Boys will be split I am having a brain fart right not but the girls one is something with Dance, I think it might be called Dance the Night away or something, and the boys are doing...You guessed it I'm just Ken. Thank you Gene Simmons and everyone on American Idol!🤟😛🤟

You are an AMAZING SINGER and songwriter. When I heard you say you read the comments telling you to stick to song writing I had to write in.
