As a Social Worker in New Jersey I have seen too many incidents where a person gets a parking ticket which can lead to having their license suspended. Once the ticket is paid for and the restoration fee is paid, a 3 year surcharge is added. If you fail to pay your surcharge which can be in the thousands of dollars your license gets suspended again - now the vicious cycle begins. How are you supposed to get to work without a license or money to take public transportation? Until you live in our world shut the hell up. Things are stacked against black peoples.
