Emote Tool for File Making FASTER!

In this video I show you a Emote making tool created by Morksen and PewyTwitch on Twitter. It is used to make the process of file size making for your emotes and badges much easier and quicker.

I really liked this video! I've been wanting to start drawing emotes for awhile now and your emote videos are very informative and helpful and give me a push to do it. Not to mention I LOVE your artwork and art style. But I was wondering if you took video requests/suggestions I've got some ideas. Either way I always look forward to watching your videos! ❤

For this program in the videos? I doubt it, seems like a PC thing but I haven't tried 🤷‍♀️ If your asking if you can make emotes in general on a phone. I don't know about that program specifically but yes I think you'd be able to make emotes on a phone but I do think it'd be much more difficult to learn.

Hello! Do you think using the template is better than making your own file? I'm scared they're going to be more distorted if I use this.

My personal preference is to draw my emotes one file at a time rather than a template. The template won't cause distortion. They would shrink down the same way, reduced to the same number of pixels either way. I recommend you check out my video that specifically addresses emote distortion if you want to learn more about that.

is there any way we can drop the emotes straight into the template without it opening as a new document?

I don't think that's possible with this tool as it is right now.

The quickest other way I use is to create a hot key to do it in one press using auto actions. Just takes a little setting up but worth doing.

No problem! It's best done with a hot key for each auto action resize. One button for 112 , one for 56, one for 28. And that's it! Double check it works as it's scales down by percentage which is inconvenient but if you always start with the same canvas size it'll work!! Hope that made sense.

It's because it's a rar file rather than zip. Windows needs a zip file. You can convert it online to zip and then it works.

Thats strange, I don't know a whole lot about rar files but I was able to open it no problem on windows, like a zip. But I have an unzipping program and maybe it's just capable🤷‍♀️
