I started my recovery journey in 1987! Had 10 yrs twice and 5 yrs once! Now I got 93 days and I’ve finally figured out that I’ve been growing the whole time!! Bill was right, dependence on others won’t work! Loving others without expectations is the greatest antidepressant I’ve found. Thank you for these videos.
