I have anxiety disorder for almost 7 years.. When I saw this video, I was scared to watch it because it might remind me of how terrible anxiety attacks can be. I always wish that no one in this world will ever have anxiety because it is really a terrible thing. To those with anxiety, you are not alone, and we can fight this together!! Stay positive!!

I went to my therapist for the first time on Monday in the beginning of the month, and he diagnosed me with anxiety. And when I heard that I crumbled, but idk I've been subscribed to this channel for 3-4 years, and when I saw this, this is literally what I envision anxiety to look like. Oh sorry for rambling but I just thought this was cool.

I love the way the hands look almost burned into the skin with the pink cream after. It reminded me of a bit of a sunburn almost but the shape of the hands all over is so powerful. To me, rather than tearing at the skin, it looks like they're pulling on you- dragging you down. Amazing.

I have General Anxiety Disorder and suffer from extreme social anxiety. Until I saw this I never really had a way to visualize or explain how I feel like. The hand at your throat is what really resonated with me, because while I try to act as if everything is okay I feel like someone is choking me. When I meet new people I often times shutdown in fear. I want to thank you for giving me a way to show my anxiety to those who don't understand.

This is so accurate though.. I've been living with severe anxiety for most of my life and it does feel like this. It's like another person living in your mind controlling you, but overtime you just become so paranoid you feel like everything is because of your anxiety.
