Emperor is actually one of the most OP stands, a gun with infinite ammo that can also re direct the orientation of the bullets. Not to mention that is a stand and just like Naranccia Aerosmith, only other stand users can see and hear Emperor.

Also, the simpler the stand, the more powerful its effect. That probably would mean this gun would not only be super fast and strong, but probably the bullet could be controlled from very far away.

Black Sabbath's ability is to create stand users with the arrow, and it travels in the shadows. Although it's autonomous, so Polpo didn't notice when Giorno defeated it. And it can act on its own.

In my opinion it’s not a bad stand. It’s really compact so unless you knew Hol Horse was a stand user then it would be a bit more difficult to spot him in a crowd thanks to his stand being a gun and not a humanoid spirit. He can control the bullets and has seemingly infinite ammo so it could make for some cool tricks and smart plays.

You know, with the bullets also being part of the stand, I do have to wonder whether each individual bullet reappears along with the stand whenever it's summoned. Imagine you're a Stand user just walking through a city minding your own business, and all of a sudden a random bullet that only you can see appears lying on the sidewalk where Hol Horse shot somebody like five years ago, only to disappear a moment later with no corresponding Stand user anywhere in sight. xD

Hol Horse literally could've shot both of them in the back at 0:47, killing them instantly, but instead chose to loudly announce his presence, create a ton of noise and debris to scare off bystanders, and then fled the scene. Are we absolutely sure he wasn't sandbagging?

He didn't think J.Gayle was dead at that moment, so he broke as much reflective objects as possible to let hanged man weaken them down before finishing them off. He could've just killed them both if he just shut up and took those shots, nonetheless.

I think my favorite part of JoJo is that though a user may have a strong stand power or over powered abilities, the abilities are only as good as the user puts to use. So even a stand like Emperor who can control bullets fired from it is still “weak” due to its user being inept. The strongest stand users aren’t always the ones with awesome stand powers. Sometimes it’s the ones who know their own strength and use it properly to overwhelm their opponent.
