I was at the beach today..climbing rocks and cliffs with my son and dog. Nobody around us...just the NSW pacific ocean...we played this song on my phone while enjoying our us time. This memory will live with me forever.

As a metalhead I can say this - their dresses and fashion style is not "gay", they totally encapsulate rocky vibes and attitude, these guys are on another level. Pretty much what Bowie did back in the days, true visionaries of their time. This is a good example of that. Remember that!

This is my favorite song of Empire of the Sun's, possibly my favorite song of all time. When I first listened to this song, I got a feeling and a sparked imagination that I have gotten when listening to certain songs that I hadn't felt in a long time. Not to mention the name of the song and the lyrics are brilliant. Others seem to agree as well. So truly ask yourselves: why isn't this video and the song itself getting more popularity?

I've always loved EotS, their take on synthpop and visual presence are unique. They do remind me a bit of JRPG characters, but also of the Pet Shop Boys, especially in the 90s. They make the music scene a better place. Hope they can continue to make it until they're old.
