This is spooky timing. My wife and I are renovating our flat and trying to organize it from 6000mi/9000km apart and an 8-9 hour time difference plus her ADHD. It's been a logistical nightmare. This may help a lot! :o

This would be my dream apartment. I love those radiators, the view from the windows, all the storage, the double doors to the bedroom, the colour of the bedroom walls. Finally i LOVE the kitchen and i think the units are a lovely colour and will go great with green plants.Lovely new home 🏡🏠

Floors got my eye at opening scene😮❤🎉 Cool spaces can be similar to a root cellar or wine cave, store vegetables, wines, maybe hard cheeses? (I’d research) The character of older buildings can never be duplicated. I think the kitchen is perfection to the character of the apartment. My bricklayer father says older buildings are healthier because they aren’t sealed air tight. Completely in love with the floors…

I love the window sill over the radiator. Here in Spain the window sills are on the outside, so we can't put decor and the cats can't sunbathe. By the way, I noticed the Feliway plugged on. Hope your cat loves the new house as much us you do. Please keep us updated. As a cat mum of three, I love to know about cats lives and routines as well as their humans ones. Greetings from Spain.

Gorgeous storage space on either side of that hallway. I love that there is a plug in at the bottom of the floor to tuck away any bulky appliances for a real minimalist look. Such a beautiful home!! The kitchen windows will be so cozy at Christmas to decorate or hang lights and see everyone else’s lights from the courtyard 🥹✨🤍

I like the neutral on the kitchen cabinets in the video.. would be fun to style with that for a year before you paint them. Love the brass hardware too. Can’t wait to see how you style everything minimalistly and cosy.

Ahh beautiful space! I’m in love with all of original features ❤ can’t wait to see what you will do there! I have knurled brass handles on my new vet basic navy kitchen cabinets and I’m obsessed with them , it’s definitely a feature in my space. Hope you had a great Christmas break in your new home xx

Very nice apartment. We put plastic sheeting with tape to keep out the drafts and sometimes a heavy blanket too.. I was also thinking your cold storage cupboard could be layered inside with thick insulation boards. They’re easy to cut. Anyway you and your cats will be happy there.

Nice that you have an extra room but the flow through still lends it an open space vibe. Looking forward to seeing how you place your furniture pieces! I know you said you’d be using the kitchen for office/dining, but it could also make a good living/dining, with the next biggest as the bedroom and the green room as the office. (It’s fun to imagine-decorate other people’s empty spaces, lol!) Your minimalism will keep this apartment airy and functional.

A new apartment is a wonderful new adventure! Good that you found one that you like & it’s probably nice to be back in your old neighborhood. Absolutely LOVE! the wood floors & I think you’re right about painting the green. It does darken the rooms. It seems you healed up from your cancer so what a great time for another apartment & move. @@BenitaLarsson I understand. My bedroom is the coldest room in my apartment because it's on the outside corner and has two big, beautiful windows. But menopause has set in and I appreciate it being cooler at night! 😁

I'm new to your channel and loved the videos from your previous apartment but your new one is so full of character, I love the room sizes and the decorative plasterwork. The area is lovely with the excellent library and other buildings. We visit Stockholm yearly and stay in Norrmalm and love that area of the city. Looking forward to seeing more of your new home.
