This is actually a very smart investment vs a warehouse or rented office space. Between the tax write-offs & the fact that after you grow out of this space you'll have a home you can rent, sell or give your children/family.. it's a great move.

The extra room should be a Gunpla build room. You can use the closets for all the to-get-to models and install shelving for the completed kits. You could also use it as a top-down video room with a table in the center. Use for both unboxing videos and Gunpla builds.

Firstly congratulations on the new studio. I like the approach you took getting a house. I think that having the editors help make each desk their own personal space would be a fun video on its own. It allows the viewer a chance to get to know everyone else on the team better. I would personally do a gamers paradise/lounge in the large room upstairs and leave the basement for storage, since you are not going to have much head space after ceilings and such went in. The extra room could potentially be either a bedroom for bedroom tech or a nursery so that you have a spot to bring the kids with you. Honestly I would go for the second one so the kids have their own space and also kid and nursery tech is not talked about as much and I think it would be a good add on for the channel. If you did go with a bedroom then a sleep pod would be good for staff since studies have shown that short naps boost productivity. Also would be cool to find someone that could make videos using a tech kitchen and really utilizing it all to its max potential. I would enjoy watching you build out each room as you guys do it. That would be a good series. So much you can do here and that’s really exciting.

I love the concept of a house being a studio and also would love a series, one recommendation from me would be to keep every streamlined like having all the filming in one floor, all the offices in one floor and the the other floor for something else instead of A roll on the main floor, B roll basement and the other one the upper floor! so maybe all filming on main floor, upper floor is editing/chilling/office and basement can be for something else

The extra bedroom should absolutely be VR. Pad some walls, set up some tracking sensors and no furniture, and make it a completely virtual space.

Most of those channels prolly choose the space due to zoning. If you are using this to just run a business you might run into issues with your town or if you have an HOA. It's really not allowed to run a business out of a house without the right zoning. I hope it works for you though man

The room upstairs could be a "home gym" set up where you guys test out workout and gym tech, the garage could be the one used for the top down shots room and have permanent set ups for the cameras and tables or it could be used as a room to review cars.

Series, heck ya. Love me a good home makeover project. Basement all out video arcade gamers vibe. Old school meets new school. Arcade games, pin ball, console set ups with avg consumer spin.

In the basement I'd do some clear or frosted acrylic panels with back lighting behind it, make it feel like a gamers space...............and yes I'd love to see this as a series.

Congrats to the team! This is such a different a creative way to utilize a home. It would be awesome to see it's creation as a series. I would love to see that one extra room as a bedroom, and show off tech that you could use in your bedroom, like a smart bed or automated routines.

The best thing about watching this video is seeing Jud be really happy and excited for this big step but also see him be a leader, and someone who’s helping his company grow in really cool ways.

Gamers paradise in the garage. basement = storage + massive tech unboxing set (can make windows with trains by using TVs vertically with small gaps). Small room upstairs = bedroom set or gundam workshop set. Laundry room = smart appliances set (with easy switchable plumbing) to test smart washing machines/dishwashers etc. A roll -> put TV instead - just make it flush with the wall with 1cm gaps all 4 sides (can be done with arm wall mount) -> you can then change background.
