Emptying the shed

Today we get Henry sorted spraying the grass in the canola and then its time for JH to get the spreader out and empty the shed before the rain

I am hooked, this is so interesting and I have driven through so many farming regions in Wa and never really paid any attention. Farmers really are the backbone of Australia!👍👍😎😎

Watching this on 3/6/24 in Perth, after a weekend of heavy rains. I hope you got some of that rain to give your crops a kick-along so you get the yield you're hoping for. Fingers crossed for you.

Unfortunately we didn’t get a drop from that rain, does look to be some next weekend though so fingers and toes crossed!

Another very informative video JH... Could you do a follow-up video on the sugar gum , fire wood, cutting and splitting, amount, storage, burn ability, etc...

Unfortunately we didn’t get a drop from that, which was very disappointing. But we have another lot of rain forecast for this weekend so see how we go there.

If you go spreading in more grown plants, do you then need to take the stubble flaps off or does that not matter for the plants? Anyways, love the content mate!

With how wide our tyres are the mats don’t make much difference. If we had narrow tyres then it would make sense to take off the mats in a good crop.

Great to see everything coming out of the ground nicely for you JH. Hopefully you got that rain you needed. Are you planning on being able to check the crops in a chopper or fixed wing aircraft?
