The saxophone portion is so tough in this song that even an experienced player has some difficulties at places (still well done here). Special mention to Kathri Gopalnath the legend, who doesn't get enough praise. He is the real hero of this song.

He recovered from covid..then while in the hospital..there were complications and he passed away. I was fortunate to have attended 2 of his shows in Malaysia. One of the MOST humble n nicest person you could ever meet.

I love that song. Rafi saab's exceptional singing- he is always superb- and the sax.. and the visual too. Shammi kapoor... another side of him.. The one who plays the sax in the scene.. I think he enjoyed it while playing the scene

I love what u guys are doing. You have no idea you are introducing Indian work to Indians. I mean many ppl not from the south hadn’t even heard about the song ‘Adiye’ and now we know of this masterful gem. Truly great work in that sense. A R Rahman deserves much more international recognition than he already has. Please listen and react to 1 I’ll be waiting from Jhootha hi sahi 2.Tu jaane from jaane tu ya jaane na. 3.Aise kyun from Ranjhaana All the 3 are similar no.s in some sense by Rahman. Dear rick and korbin,pls react to sowkiyama kanne song from ar rahman nenje ezhu concert live in chennai. This song is from 1999 tamil movie sangamam. The song is originally sung by classical singer nityashree mahadevan but in this concert sung by haripriya which i should say she done a great job as well.. pls react to it if u want to feel the magical classical touch from the 'mozart of madras' ar rahman. Guys, I know someone who is very close to SPB’s family and I was told he had pushed his lung capacity through some very special yoga practices just so that he can sing like only he can, and it took a toll on his lungs. He was quite happy to make that sacrifice, apprently.
