Welcome to this hot mess of a video! OMG! Trying to do this with everyone home is so much harder. I debated starting over, but then thought, why not just post the hot mess! At least the application went well!

The reason the base coat is thinner like a polish is because it's not a builder gel. It IS just a base coat which is completely fine to use for application, but They do have the actual gel for application in a pink bottle called "press on gel" on their site. Its thicker than the base coat.

I just received my 6th order in the past month, keep ordering because of the 35% off and several tips are 5 bucks, and they came within 4 days😊 Glad they've changed. This must have been a frustrating time😮

I agree with you 100% about the shipping problems. It's just ridiculous. But i love there 123 nails. I hope they fix the problem. I had to wait a whole month.

Seems to be fixed from what I can tell. I didn't know all this was going on and didn't make my first order until 2021 and got everything really quickly. Added items to my cart last night and held off on actually buying anything because it was a late night shopping binge and then this morning I got a text message offering a discount on my shopping cart so I said heck yeah. Lol Hopefully that arrives without issue as well. I think he handled the shipping delays with Covid really, really poorly. 😒

LaTasha Cotton Blankenship they are slow because of COVID 19 I order all the time and get mine in a few days but with this stuff going on my packages take a bit longer it is the post office as well that makes things slower

I ordered mine on May 17 th, just got a shipping notification today August 5th.....after I sent them an email demanding a refund. Shouldn’t take all that. I understand COVID has effected things but 3 months to process an order is ridiculous.

I ordered my starter kit set yesterday even though I've seen some negative videos about his customer service. IT is very important to me as well! I really hope my package arrives soon, I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. I did not receive an estimate yet but with everything going on in the world, I hope his company is taking safety and health measures for their workers.

What nail system do you have on your other hand? I'm looking for that round or oval shape that are short. Apres says they have a short size...This was a helpful video. And yes it's real the social distancing at home distractions are over the top. Especially for households with children.

They have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I waited well over a month ago and they weren’t gonna refund me! I emailed and emailed and they finally sent out my order. I would love to get more nails but not at the risk of my money being held hostage.

Terrible company. Terrible owner. Terrible customer service. Terrible website. Tacky branding. Lies about where he gets his products. Please don’t buy from this guy. Not to mention he makes many racist comments.

KK Renee - I agree with you on most of your description, however he does NOT make racist comments! That’s a lie that was started. He called two girls a ratchet... one was white and one was black. It had NOTHING to do with race! He’s just an ass! He’s Mexican and Gay by the way!

I totally feel you about their shipping. I don't understand why maxx will not offer ups or FedEx shipping.I think the trick is order big.

I'll never waste my money on this company again it's been a month and I still have t gotten my damn order..I've reported this company to the better business bureau, and there's a website where there's 509+ people complaining about them taking money and not sending orders or taking months to ship out

I waited close to two months and I finally said enough is enough..I filed a complaint with paypal on them and the next day I had my money back, which was $254.00. Nothing that they have is worth waiting that long for....

@@queenjolie That's no excuse. I ordered a set of Kiera Sky nails & Enail Couture on the same day. I received my kiera sky tips within 6 business days. We are going on week 3 of not receiving my order. I still haven't even received a shipping notification. And if they are that backed up they need to stop taking orders.

Rhiannon I agree. It’s not the shipping , it’s them taking so a long time to process the order. I think that’s the problem. Pandemic or not companies should remain transparent and if they need a day to catch up on orders then they should do just that and stop taking orders which would allow them to catch. Although, that means they’ll lose money so that’s probably why they haven’t.

@@brittanydaigre1517 This is more of a family owned made in America company. Their store is not very big and they have several people in that place. It would make sense to me they limited the number of people to no more than 2 which would slow them down significantly. Also, in AZ businesses were closed so it is very likely they could not get into their store/shipping area to actually pack and ship product. I am not saying they should not have communicated that but this is not a large corporation.

Good video, but the base gel is just a base you apply for the nails to help the other products to adhere to the nail and other products, press on gel or happy gel which is much thicker should be used on the nail tips 😊

On week 3 of waiting for my enailcouture package. I emailed customer service for an estimated date of shipping. They quoted me between $65-$78 for expedited shipping. I get that things are crazy right now but jeez... also, their customer service is known to be awful. Never a good sign when the owner bashed a KZfaqr over a not so great review..

I ordered at the end of February. Put 2 orders in a week apart from each other. Got one package and the one thing I mainly wanted was the 123 nails were not sent. Customer service is horrible and I still haven't received my whole order or my 2nd order! Horrible!

I ordered 4 x within 30 days and got my products within 2 weeks..soooo happy and the boxes came in pink.. The 123 gel polish design are so CUTE that i can keep for just looks..love max estrada nail design with his nail.!!!

madi and family Rouse I work for the post office and I’m telling you we’re behind at least a good four months in some things. Please be patient and understand that we are facing a pandemic. The nails are worth it I promise I have them

I just got my 123 go coffin shaped nails yesterday and I ordered the tip box and they refunded me my money for the tip box but I did get my base coat gel and 2 polishes from the Jem Hologram collection. The shipping was long. I ordered mine at the beginning of the month and just got my order yesterday 3/28. Tfs 😊

Really odd… I got the 123 go nails and they only went to size 10. I need 11 for my pinkies so I will have to file those a little bit.

I have these tips and I have the makartt tips and they look the same, feel the same, apply the same, same thickness and came in the same kind of bag with numbers And removal was the exact same I’m suspicious of this is just rebranded makartt tips he’s saying are gel but really aren’t

Bekka Litzner I have used the Makartt tips also and these are different. Mine did not soak off anything like the Makartt. The Makartt was a bishhh to soak off I use builder gel as adhesive. For me the 123 didn’t take nowhere as long as the Makartt. IMO they don’t soak off as easy as Aprés but not as long as the plastic. However you may be on to something, like they may be made from a mixture of some kind or it could just be the type of gel they are made from.

I had the Markatt tips and those suckers would not soak off! They were a pain to remove! But they looked great and lasted! I wonder if they have changed their formula since I’ve tried them? Markatt would kill the game if theirs could be soaked off!

I love the markett . I use Gorilla Glue when gluing them on. They are easy to remove in 8 to 10 days . I just reapply them and filed the color off and paint them with another gel color

Can I use regular gel base coat instead of their base gel? Forgot to order it in my order with the tips. And after 2 months they just got here so I don't want to put in another order for their gel. I do have their souffle gel to use, but from my understanding I still need a base gel down first?

They're not going to give you the base coat unless you print a return slip and reship the velvet one back to them. They suck. They're akin to an abusive boyfriend who's super hot. I placed another 50 dollar order today after having the worst CS experience with them last time but they had new shapes and.... I ... couldnt stop myself.

Gee wizzzz. I wish I'd seen all this before I placed my order this week. I was so excited to place my order for the coffin eternal beige and happy gel. $75 order but now I'm thinking I made a horrible mistake. ☹️. I saw these tips and Max on Nail Career Education...Maybe Suzie can educate Max in Customer Service 🤭

Customer service is non existent...I'm trying my best to stay positive but....this will be my last order from them unless Max gets a handle on Customer Service. It just doesn't matter how impressive your skills are or how great a product you have, if your Customer Service sucks, you can't maintain your Customers. Word of mouth WILL bite you and your company will go down the tubes, eventually.

I would never order from them again. I ordered 2 times and the 1st time it took 3 weeks and then the 2nd time my package got lost. I had ordered $300 worth of product and when i told them they said there not responsible for stolen packages or lost so i lost my money. I contacted my usps and they eventually gave me $150 but i still lost money. Never again

JULISSA BIDO I ordered on 3/9/2020 was ok waiting 14 days I reached out to company 2 times but it was this last time that upset me I got a response saying the coffin nails are out of stock my order was being held I was fine till I read stores like yours I am tripping out now will I even get my stuff.

Stacy Eats Yeah there waiting times are crazy. I get that his company is growing, but as a company grows so should his staff. He needs more people and his customer service really needs to improve. His products are amazing but the customer service pushed me away from ever ordering from him again. My mistake was not reading his policys about stolen/missing packages. Always read policys before purchasing from any company. I learned my lesson.

Agree with u on business skills the customer service is my concern how can I track my order websites usually have that where u can log in and track your package. I didn't know they did not have that feature now I gotta hope it don't get stolen I'll probably won't order there again until they fix that

Run..Run...Placed my order June 4, 2020 have not received order or even tracking information. When I emailed to cxl my order I recvd.... Orders placed after March 16th are not eligible for cancellation. Kindly note all this information is also in our FAQ section and terms and conditions prior to purchase . Once an order is placed, you are unable to cancel or modify the order. All sales are final. So sorry for any inconvenience!...I filed a complaint with the BBB. To date they have not responded.

You can use either one. I have not tried the soufflé gel, but have heard that is way easier to use. Good luck!

If you dont like bad customer service i Would NOT order from THE Pottle unfortunately my package was lost or stolen I'm still not 100% sure and i contacted them 3 times before they finally answered me her response was "We've done our part" and that's all they could do, i was so shocked because i was hearing great things about her and the Pottle, well i ended up not getting anything for my 50$ i spent but poor customer service, and upset &very disappointed just a heads up. That was my experience with The Pottle

I love his nails and his products but my products took 2 months to get here I know with everything that's going on with covid-19 but I order mines in April and today is June 10th and I just got my order so yes they need to fix tax ASAP

I’m glad I’m not the only one, because I ordered mine way over a month ago and don’t have them yet. I called the phone number listed for customer service, but still haven’t heard from them. I should’ve listened to other people, because I would have saved time and money.

I have ordered over a month ago still no products. I have contacted them several times and they keep saying I'm in the queue ready for shipment. I think they take your money and never send your stuff. He is making KZfaq videos every day and he cant send my stuff. Not good not good.
