Storyline: It feels good to be bad...Assemble a team of the world's most dangerous, incarcerated Super Villains, provide them with the most powerful arsenal at the government's disposal, and send them off on a mission to defeat an enigmatic, insuperable entity. also just the fact that she was all around awful. Acting, CGI, writing, everything about her was terrible. It was kind of cool when she was all dark and creepy(and they should have just stuck with that, adding a horror element to the movie. Would have been better) but once she went into her regal goddess mode, it was a non stop cringe fest. She shouldnt have even been in this movie. More of a Justice League Dark thing. And the fact that they DID use her in SS pokes a big whole in the JLD film. The whole point of JLD is that its a group of supernatural characters that fight supernatural threats...because only they can...see the problem here?

Stereotypical Fangirl Enchantress is an amazing idea. I haven't seen the movie but from this clip, I think she would've been a great villain. Just if she were actually written the right way and in a different movie like justice league. Definitely Justice League. But oh well. What's done is done.

Very good point! Did you see the HISHE spoof of this film? Lack of arms on the statuettes that contained Enchantress and her brother, I think are to symbolize that while they're contained as such, they are powerless - - so lack of arms on these statuettes aren't just artistic stylizations. Maybe I've just stated the obvious, but some commentators have speculated that as June Moon is a Dr of Archaeology, she'd never would've broken open an ancient relic, unless Enchantress had some power even then to beguile her.

I don't care what anyone says I fucking LOVE the Enchantress. She looks so fucking cool, and creepy, and sexy. I think she was a great villain, it was her back story that was lacking. They should have shown where she came from. When she got here. How the humans came to worship her and her brother. How they ruled, and how the humans turned on them. And how the managed to put two very powerful metahumans in those statues. Then the audience would have cared more for her. Well not me, she's the only reason I went to the movies several times.

josh Walker #herosforever I know some people bitched a lot about this movie, but I loved it. I felt bad for her also, because she is so tortured and constantly worried about what The Enchantress is doing, or will do. I was annoyed by Amanda Waller, when she told Flag, to get Dr. Moone outta the meeting, in a nasty tone. It like, she sees the woman as being weak, when it seems to take alot out of the doctor, every time Enchantress, is called upon.

In real life, that’s what people do. Adrenaline is pumping through people systems, fight-flight kicks in, and people start blindly running. Many of them run towards that actual danger without knowing. Also, subways have several entrances.

To be fair, you think she couldn’t have just warped into a high security safe as well? It is safest in Wallers office for two reasons. One, Wallers office is pretty freaking secure by itself as expected from an office of a high goverment oficial. Two, she is actually working there most of the time so she can personally keep an eye on the artifact. I still dont get why she didn’t put it in a safe though, maybe it was so that on the off-chance someone broke into her office they would just ignore the tiny statue on the shelf thinking it was just some worthless souvenir.

Cara Delevingne is a surprisingly good actress. I know she hangs out with a bunch of "famous for being famous" types but she always takes her acting roles seriously. I liked her character in _Carnival Row_ too and agree with others that a standalone Enchantress movie would probably be pretty good.

They should have been fair and given the oscar for support roles that year to cara ... she played a very subtle and yet powerfull enchantress .. and her performance was not too much like all other actors are

Honestly, I think waller keeping the artifact makes a lot more sense than you give it credit for. Firstly, there’s no way they could have stopped enchantress from taking it, you think she couldn’t have just warped into a high security safe as well? No, it was mostly being guarded from other people that want to get their hands on doomsday devices, not from enchantress herself. With this in mind,It is safest in Wallers office for two reasons. One, Wallers office is pretty freaking secure by itself as expected from an office of a high goverment oficial. Two, she is actually working there most of the time so she can personally keep an eye on the artifact. I still dont get why she didn’t put it in a safe though, maybe it was so that on the off-chance someone broke into her office they would just ignore the tiny statue on the shelf thinking it was just some worthless souvenir.

Marcos Lima exactly it was obviously a South American cave with Mayan gods = incubas and the enchantress trapped. I was thinking pagan gods but that European so that didn't make sense
