@@atheontimesconflux1067 AFAIK one for all just triggers on weapon damage; firefly counts as weapon damage I'm pretty sure, so hitting 2 other targets with the explosion from the 3rd seems like a super easy way to proc it. Excited to try it out next week when midnight coup drops

Honestly, I'd rather vortex swords get a different buff. Give them at least double the range on the heavy attack so it's actually decent for taking out crowds. Make adaptives the choice for single target DPS since the heavy attack is single target Make vortex frames the best for ad clear Make caster frames... uh... cast stuff I guess 🤷‍♂️

@@TheAegisRelic hi it's me I did the math in the sheet right now because I wanted for DPS, the best Bequest rotation is 138676, and the Falling Guillotine light attacks rotation (best I could find, you don't have one with the heavy because I know it's barely a DPS bump) is 118365. Divide those out and Bequest is 17% better. If Bequest doesn't use heavies it's more like 6% better. IMO it makes more sense to buff the vortex heavy damage, make it huge burst so it has more of a niche versus Bequest. Assuming 2L1H rotation (which is what most of the sword rotations use, including the Death's Razor one), you'd need a third of your attacks to cover a 17% gap, so 42% more damage on the heavy attack. So, with some allowances for things I don't know precisely (like the difference between light attacks and 1H2L on vortexes), you'd need about a 40% buff to heavy attack damage to have Falling Guillotine catch up to Bequest given the optimal situation for both. Realistically I don't think you want it to be as good as Bequest, though, since that's a raid weapon that is unique specifically because it just has an intrinsic damage buff, fwiw. Maybe more like 30% would be more appropriate.

Oh, and Bequest obviously would still have a massive total damage lead due to Relentless Strikes.

To what end? It’s a 140 RPM with no passive damage perks except kinetic tremors, which isn’t buffed by LP. It’s just as bad as any other basic 140. There’s a reason Warden’s Law is superior.

It's a quality of life thing, I suggest trying it out in your day to day and you might find yourself liking it

@@TheAegisRelic I would imagine it is, but I would love to know if it's still viable total damage. Basically I wanna solo Warlord's Ruin, and it'll be my first solo dungeon. I'm considering the Hammerhead, as I can keep it stable more and prefer to RoF, and that solves any ammo economy issues. It is the one strongest point of MGs imo. They have a niche but do excel at em. I'm no speedrunner so could use the comfort of taking my time and having enough damage long term. Just wanna make sure I'm not bringing something that does hilariously less total damage and I can't find the info anywhere at all as everyone else is testing it as either a dps (which no shit they're a terrible option haha) or add clear weapon. Can't find total damage anywhere at all and don't know how to calculate it myself. Would you be up for testing it, and if it winds up being at least respectable total damage, would you put it on the spreadsheet?

Shooting an orb with shoot to loot will also proc any mods on your armour (surges). Triple Cenotaph Warlocks can mark enemies with their traces and all get heavy. Then easily pick up heavy and just run through everything. Shooting ammo automatically loads it into your weapon.

Destabilising has a 7s(?) ICD which makes it much less spammable than I'd like

I’m not sure where you got that number from (no shade thrown btw, I love your content), the non enhanced ICD I’ve seen from personal usage using hero’s burden for ~4K kills is about 3 seconds give or take and the enhanced is around 2 seconds which is what I’ve found while using Age-old bond and Word of Crota. It’s not as good as incandescent or voltshot, but for elemental synergy it’s the best you can get for a void centred perk, but I find that running a damage perk on void primaries outpaces it unless your running dragonfly alongside it for its self detonation of destabilising rounds. Even then, unless you like grape explosions, it’s a better choice to run a damage perk and repulsor brace unless you are very comfortable with only getting headshot kills. But having destabilising with a damage perk, plus adding on its future capability of being enhanceable, I think it’s a viable option which adds something that Commemoration doesn’t have access to. Sorry for the long reply.

I’ve done some searching and I couldn’t find anything. I had a similar experience when I was using Hero’s burden with destabilising rounds, I didn’t use it for long and swapped back to solar as my main. I can back to void when the last wish weapon reset happened and I used a craft Age-old bond for like 14k kills. I always thought it was the enhanced destabilising that makes the perk feel good, but after using a Title and Recluse with just the normal destabilising, it does seem better, so I’m not sure.

If it has a lower ICD now I'd definitely be willing to reevaluate because it'd be a great perk then
