In present day Los Angeles, Daphne (Woodley), a thirty something woman, navigates love and heartbreak over the course of one year. I just saw this movie and I'm stunned. When I lived in Sydney, I was seeing two guys much in the way Daphne was. T was Spanish and my 'boyfriend' and M was French and my lover - and they were friends. The chemistry between M & I was insane. The way Daphne and Frank look at each other, that's what it was like. We could not keep our hands off each other. It was passionate and intense like nothing before or since. We took each other to another place. I didn't know it couldn't last in the way Daphne came to realise. When Frank had left the room to use , he broke the spell of that intoxicating intimacy. She knew she could not rely on him, that he could not sustain it. M, would do the same thing, but I wasn't strong enough to stop, and I kept seeing T. And then I got pregnant.

I saw this at the Toronto International Film Festival back in September. I thought it was just OK, I still prefer the director's film "Equals", but for those of you crushing on Sebastian Stan, you won't be disappointed with this. There is a very revealing moment with him lying on the floor wearing almost nothing....

Hollywood needs to stop given Drake Doremus money to make these movies. Like Crazy was a good movie. Breathe In was okay, the Dustin O'halloran score saved it to be honest. All the movies after that were bad. Equal was a bad remake of THX 1138, Newness was trash, like garbage, Zoey was just unwatchable and this movie look dreadfull. Godanm Hollywood stay trifflin.

I dont care how tough her life is, let me be stuck in a love triangle with these too After watching it: This movie was honestly pretty trash. Main character was a bit of a bad person, and there was no chemistry with any of the guys. Only thing that made it worth watching was Sebastian Stan (only watched in the first place cause of him). Sad to see such talent wasted.
