Going through the same my son is turning 5yrs this yr and we have been trying for a second child. stopped using depo a yr and half ago, I used the injection for 3yrs my biggest challenge is that my husband thinks that I don't want to have a another kid and it has killed the joy in my marriage but I believe God has his reasons for the delay

I have been through multiple rounds of IVF and when I finally got a positive preg test you can imagine the excitement my husband and I had since this was going to be our first child. but then again that excitement was short lived as I miscarried. right now I don't know have anymore embryos left, soon I will start IVF shots again . but I always tell myself the greater the storm the brighter the rainbow. ❤️Love and Lighter. Thank you for being open about your journey Millie. First time my husband just looked at me too and boom🤣🤣🤣. Second time around we've been trying for 3 years. I used the Jade noplant for 5 years removed it at 2 yrs and was on an Evra patch until we decided to have another baby. The struggle is real emotionally but when you have support it makes the journey bearable, I think I've been depressed at some point😞. Trusting in God who's able to do beyond my imagination.

Hi Milli. Was also on the implant for a year and a half then moved on to the patch which also has really high estrogen levels. I went off contraceptives in 2017 and started trying in 2018 May,removed fibroids in June 2019(I’m convinced it’s a result of the high estrogen levels in my choices of birth control). Just been given the go ahead to try again in September and it’s getting expensive and emotionally taxing. Those ovulation test kits 😂know all about that. Hoping a blessing soon 🙏🏽

Hi there, please also try the over the counter Folic Acid Forte, I started drinking them immediately after the pill and in a month I conceived (ask your gynecologist). But again it is all in God's perfect time. All the best.

Milly I dnt think it was the contraceptives u used, thing is contraceptive are like medications the minute you stop taking them is the minute they start to be out of your system. It might take 1-2 months for them to be out of ur system not more than a year. I think u had underlying problems nt contraceptives

D E P O is the worst😣😣, it messed up my cycle so bad that I went without periods for about 8mnths. I got a good herbal treatment vitex which Dr's don't know much about that help with imbalanced hormones as well. I'm not ttc though, I'm just trying get my body in tune before I begin. I agree with you guys when it comes to contraceptives ,people have to do research on the type of contraceptive you want to go for and works for you especially when you want to have kids in future.I was on contraceptives and I stopped when I decided that now I want a baby it's been nearly 2 years off the injection and I'm struggling to conceive.It messed up my period big time now I have a irregular period and my hormones are imbalanced for almost 2 years.I'm spotting now and again sometimes I miss my period .I have stopped buying pregnancy test because I feel like I'm torturing myself with all the negatives I get all the time. I think I have kind of given up or maybe it's not my time yet
