What happens if you have visceral fat ? Does that magically go away how do you remove visceral fat from adhering to the organs ?

I’m 25 and 214 pounds 5’3 but I take medications for mental illness I’m taking clozapine will I still be able to lose weight and is it guaranteed I lose weight

I had my esg done end of July and hardly lost 3pounds 😞 Im a bit disappointed I don’t know if I made a mistake on spending time and money ( just to be clear I didn’t get it done with you guys)
