@malyar rahmani Hello, everything is fine now. Almost 2-3 weeks i feel leg pain and numbness but i do walking for 20 minutes in the morning and afternoon but most of the time i just lay down to rest and avoid sitting for long. Im in 1 month now after my surgery not feeling any pain now and its the best decision for me to undergo surgery.

Hi Sir, i am Vinod from Andhra Pradesh. I have this condition where I can't lift my toes or stand on them. My legs become lean by age. I have had foot drop developed over age at left side. I have this condition seen in my father also. I had an MRI to spine and doctor said some issue with nerves at L4L5. noone explain me what's wrong or if this can be treated. Please kindly advise 🙏

I am dealing with the same problem in the L4-L5 vertebrae which is causing tingling numbness and shooting in my left leg. I am opting for an endoscopic surgery which will be in next 15 days. My question here is my lumbar spine has straightened and i have got lateral pelvic tilt will those problems resolve post surgery?
