Waited for this! My first OW is still a Pint X, almost sold it and bought an XR but i could not in the end. I want a more stable ride, in work to 3D print XR size footpads for Pint, talking about vescing it, and the last piece would be the Enduro tire. I hope it helps to feel more stable. I would buy an Enduro for my XR as well if i can get one, but this is smaller.

pint is such a fun ride! It was my first ow, still have it too. the enduro will definitely help make it more stable and less speed wobbles, while still being super responsive. If you vesc it, then you can adjust the pushback too!! Then with XR size footpads, you'll basically have the growler jr :)

Love seeing the growler perspective vs. the Pint perspective, since the tire stretches a bit wider to bead onto an XR hub vs. the slightly narrower Pint hub. It'd feel more carvy on a Pint, right?

I forgot this growler is actually a prowler (pint hub), so I guess that explains the slightly greater responsiveness! I'd imagine it'd be more carvy, especially when the general consensus is that xr Enduro with rim savers is a bit more nimble

All i care about, is it good on vesc growler or should I sell it and go stock size again. After getting used to XR Enduro i can't handle Xtra rad nimbleness with VESC :D

Any tire on vesc instantly gets crazier 😁 give it time! if you're rippin growler you gotta savor that nimble snapiness. And the Enduro really finds that's perfect balance of agility and less speed wobbles

How's the torque feel? I'm 230 and the xr my cbxr doesn't really have Enough power. Should I go growler or just go vesc?

it's snappy af! but it won't give much more power on uphill climbs etc. And tea the cbxr torque increase is negligible. The best way to get true power is to go vesc, growler W vesc would be top. have you seen the hill climb vids I did with vesc vs gt?

@@MaxxSend yes I definitely have. It's what made me want more power than my GT gives me. I'm just having trouble sourcing some vesc parts.

Sounds like the profile is more like the XR enduro (like square ish) which IMO for a growler setup is 👎🏽. I hope they fix it because the GT enduro style roundness is “muah”.

Naw bro this tire isn't square at all. The prototype I got could've been ever so slightly rounder, but I never felt it was square. It was super responsive on trails. The final version will be even better 🤙🏻
