This only works with the old ENERJ BELL app do you have a version for the ENERJ BELL 2.0 all I am getting is device offline one added

Many thanks for your instructional Vid. I just bought this device & my one goes by the name: Fancy Tech. It's identical, just sold under a different name in Australia. Instructions in the booklet isn't enough info. Your Vid provided what was missing. Outstanding! Best regards, DAve :)

mm not impressed with the Night time mode .. that would be the deal breaker for me as my front door is inside a hall way and always dark . Other than that it looks like a cheap and cheerful doorbell camera that does what it needs to do .

So glad you've made this video as we are thinking of getting one installed for our Mum. What made you choose to try this particular make? There don't seem to be any reviews on Amazon yet. Also,would this work with a tablet (in the house only, not out and about) with only a WiFi connection

Thanks for the comment. For this product the manufacturer asked if I was interested in doing an independent review of their product, hence the review. I've seen it available from eBay too, so best to look around to get a good price. Yes the product should easily work with just a stand alone tablet with WIFI. As an add on product I was told they also have a separate chime which you pair with the product and just gives the ding dong chime. I think this is quite useful to have in addition to the video doorbell in case your tablet battery dies or you don't hear the tablet, just a shame I didn't get to see this part of the product, but generally a good product. Hope that helps.

The Google drive integration would make a massive difference, I think Ring would pay out if the device was stolen i.e replace the unit don't know if that's still the case, anyway thanks good information

Good clear and detailed review but can I ask f the device is stolen can the images still be viewed if you didn't answer the phone?

Thanks for the comment, all the pictures are stored on the device so if the device is stolen pics are lost, but if you turn on the anti tamper and the PIR alarm that should give you enough time to connect and grab a picture on your phone. I hear the manufacturer is looking at integration with Google drive soon and that will be a big game changer.

@@GeekStreet No, the storage is in the app on the phone? If anyone steals or smashes it, then you should have it recorded provided you answer it, however, the damned thing doesn't work as described, complete waste of money!

Yes the video doorbell connects to your home WiFi and uses a cloud based account to enable you to connect to it remotely.

Missing major information here, the phone wifi, data and location settings ought to be explained first to avoid issues. After working it out the device simply won't let you have a conversation, an awfuL waste of money DO NOT BUY ONE, there are much better ways of losing your hair

Sorry hear that you should get in touch with the company Enerj see if they can help in anyway I'm saw they give a 2 year warranty. Would be interesting to see what they say, if you do contact let me know how it goes.
