You're absolutely right. Different people know what they want (or at least have some idea) for size, location, price, etc., but it takes an expert to lead you through the finer details. I've learnt SO MUCH from this channel (and I'm the son of a builder!).

I love the variety of homes that are shown within these price ranges. The designs can be so vastly different and really convey tons of different feels to them. I liked this and look forward to the next one :) I’ve liked the houses of late quite a lot :)

Of all the house tours I've seen, this is one of the few that I think I would actually enjoy living in. Everything in the home is obviously well thought out and well crafted, and unlike many other large houses, this one feels like a home. The light colored wood tones contrasting with the black is beautiful, and I love the vaulted wood-paneled ceilings in the bedrooms. Also, putting a drain under the washer is really clever, shows how much thought was put into this project.

Best parts about theses homes is how much “detail” is put into every single part of the homes. From the driveways all the way down to the drain in the laundry room. 👏🏾🙌🏾👍🏾

I love that you included a copy of the floor plan for each floor as well as highlighted the room you're looking at. As a person who loves to play The Sims 4 and replicate real home in The Sims 4. This little detail is very helpful! 😁

One of the best houses you've toured so far in that price range Enes. Nice location, pretty unique color scheme, lots of industrial details, great backyard and close to the beach. I really liked this one. This house looks so simple and clean. I love the usage of wood throughout the entire home, especially on the exterior. There were so many details that even Mikey wanted to show some lol. That’s what separates you guys from the others, thorough explanation of details that most people would often miss. Wow this is a beautiful family home, I can just imagine children playing on the grass or in the pool while the parents sit and relax. I know there is no lift but I think I like this house tour the best, the front with the established garden really hit the nail on the head too. I know that there is no lift but everything else is amazing. Love it, great tour, take care and stay safe.

I am lovin’ this modern farmhouse in the middle of the city! So gorgeous and yes, I’m glad to see the developer really thought of each space. The black and white kitchen is very interesting. Not used to very dark kitchens but I am lovin’ that island. Seriously! And the twilight shots, perfection! Always a great start of the week with your uploads, Enes!

It's pretty hard to find a good spot in my house for doing zoom meeting and feel confident with the background I have. In this house, everywhere can be a gorgeous background. A dream house!

I felt at home watching this video/ tour! The overall vibe was warm and inviting. The garden gave it an intimate touch as well. The color schemes were beautiful throughout the home. I definitely loved the kitchen and certain details around the home. Thanks for another great video/ tour! 🤩

Love the details on this house. Also enjoyed this house as it doesn't have anything I don't want. Most of these expensive houses have loads of stuff that would be useless to most people, but this one is perfect, no huge wine cellar, a normal amount of rooms and a usable garden. Perfect.

I actually like the whole color scheme of the home. The white & black color contrast. Maybe some people might not like all that black but I cool with good old plain jane. Nice and simple. Not much to please me. If I was rich, I could see myself with a house like that one..... maybe one day. 🙏🏽 I also dig that island too. 🔥
