I'm not a geography buff so had no idea where St Tropez was located. I'd love to see more homes from the area, maybe some on the average man/woman scale. BTW, that suit is the bomb, and your so lucky to have a tailor capable of that workmanship, and style. Not sure about the bare feet, but I used to do it also when I was your age, so? 😁😎👍✌

Croix valmer n'est pas Saint Tropez !! Faire rectifier le titre de la vidéo ! Les prix sont différents entre ces deux villages, croix valmer est à environ 12 kilomètres de Saint Tropez !! Pourquoi induire les gens en erreur ?? Saint Tropez est et restera Saint Tropez !!

You can get similar for 10 million and it will probably max out your expected value. At the end it is a house, as long as it is not in Monaco 🇲🇨 St Tropez 🇫🇷 Cannes 🇫🇷 Liechtenstein 🇱🇮 , San Marino 🇸🇲, Malta 🇲🇹 or Gibraltar 🇬🇮 where space Is limited and/or tax advantages given it is smarter to not spend the 💰since finding a buyer with a 600 million + net worth making 60 million a year is min. 5 times harder, than someone with a 80 to 120 million net worth making 8-12 millions a year.

That stair at the beginning is really special, going up feels like stepping in the air! The overall decoration is dominated by wood grain, which is very elegant! And the walls of each room are made of glass, making each room bright and easy to enjoy the scenery outside the glass! Enes is particularly energetic in a light-colored suit, feeling younger! This is by far the most beautiful house / grounds you've ever filmed!!!! 🤩🤩🤩 I know it's completely subjective, but to me this is the perfect blend of modern design and rustic architecture. The interior design in this place is simply flawless. Everything is just warm, cozy, inviting, classy and without ostentation. It reflects some incredible taste. That main staircase especially is stunning. But as you said, the outdoor is the crown here and everything is made to showcase it. The bays and windows have been maximized so that you never feel being inside and disconnected from the surroundings. I think this is the first place I've seen in this channel where I would like to live.

Whenever they go into the last part of the video when they show us what the properties look like at night, I pause, go into the settings and slow it down to 0.25x speed. Try it. You will be glad you did. The shots are beautiful and you see so much more than you would at normal speed.

The interior theme between the seating / living room and the dining room is really splitting up such a gap that makes the house far from boring ambience. And it applies also in other rooms and all parts of the mansion. Love it

If I could pick up this home and plop it down on the island of Oil Nut Bay, I would die a happy man. This house is perfection! The colors, vibes, layout, etc. is just incredible. 🤤🤤
