I been following since he had some 20k or something. The quality and style of these home tours have really come a long way. 3 mil well deserved Enes. The amount of work put into these tours. And then there’s stupid people with crap on their channels having way more subs. Real talent is hard to come by and must be appreciated. Your tours are my adrenaline on a slow and rainy day. This house is incredible! That staircase is absolutely insane. The whole house is gorgeous, but that backyard is probably my favorite backyard. Especially considering most of the houses you guys don’t have spacious grass area. And that covered grass area looks amazing

Excellent choreographed camerawork at 21:45 showcasing the two guest suites. A-cam backed out of suite 1 while B-cam (drone) continued with dialogue so A-cam could move to suite 2 and catch Enes moving in. Seamless. Beautifully done.

Speaking of earthquakes, the vast majority of ultra high net worth individuals are males. Therefore a lot of multimillion dollar homes contain daredevil architectural features such as the suspended staircase. Perhaps very high-end architects might consider incorporating glass floors into their designs as well. That's just one suggestion and of course these architects are full of other creative ideas.

Simply stated, CONGRATULATIONS on hitting 3M subs. The American dream is alive and well when the work and dedication is consistent. Your team definitely has the right work ethic. Now, as far as this mansion goes, I found it to be lacking in warmth. It is beautiful and HUGE! It has an Asian persuasion vibe to it with the minimalist lines. I can see many parties and huge get togethers in that place. For me though, living there would just be too much. Excellent addition to your presentation and the stylish twist with the editing.
