The thing that makes Enes different from other youtubers like Erik , Ryan , etc is that he also tours houses of range 2m-8m$ .....I love to see that just two friends started doing what they liked and they're going great .... I really prefer your tours because you actually show the flow of room to room rather than just cutting and editing to show each room so you get the sense of what it would actually be like to live jn the property yourself or atlesst what it feels like to walk around it yourself. Good job guys!

I totally agree with you about how this home does a great job of feeling very open but not empty. This is the kind of minimal/open design that you could still have it feel "homey" and lived in if that makes sense.

It's amazing and rare to find a large property in Malibu that sits on completely flat land, with a large grass area, and a large swimming pool that doesn't take up the whole backyard. A lot of times with large mansions in Malibu they're hanging off a cliff side, built very close to other properties, and they have almost no yard if any yard space at all. But it's nice to see that this property has more than enough space inside and out.

that's not true. There are many that have a lot of flat property. You should see some of the new properties that are being developed right now.

@@PinstripeJim - When you look at the majority of properties throughout Malibu old and new (not all) but most of them do NOT sit on well spread out flat land. And I'm not necessarily talking about acres of land, but Malibu is not well known for having a property that sits on the type of land we see here in this video. No matter if the house is a mansion or not.

They had to build some pretty big retaining walls to level out that property, that said its not un-heard of... but with the right budget you can excavated your property as flat as you want!

If I were filthy rich, I would definitely see myself living in a house like this. My favorite part of this house is that it has No Stairs. It's all in one floor, which to me is so convenient. Also, loved the garden and the beehive!! Definitely Dream Home! 😍😍😍

One of my favorite properties! Love to see someone finally do a net zero on such a large scale. I recently built a home with many of the same features (shou shugi ban, ZEHNDER system, net zero, etc)... just in a much smaller scale. This design and property is gorgeous

This home is absolutely stunning! I love single story houses so this ranks at the top of my list as my all time favorite on this channel. I love the intentionality of this home and if I literally had the wealth to acquire this property, I would do so in a heartbeat. Btw, I love how you took your time to talk about the unique wood work from Japan that is incorporated in the master bedroom. The only think I would change is the furniture...they look so low and close to the ground. I come from a tall family :)

Compared to other youtubers who show us homes in an extravagant and overhyped way doesn't exactly match the vibe of what a home should be. Love this house. It feels very liveable. It's nicely staged but leaves enough open to make one dream about how to personalise and cozy it up a bit more. The outside space and landscaping is amazing and the perfect ocean view comes on top. What a dream.

This property is in my top 3 from Enes' tours from now, and I've watched a lot of those. Stunning house. From the inside of the great room, the outdoors' view looks like a built-in domestic orangery, which creates a totally different vibe compared to the usual modern design. Plus that green side looks way bigger from the inside of the house, which, in reality, is not that massive.

This is the most awesome home I've seen you show for sure! Love the open feel with all the spacious windows. The views of the ocean & mountains, the gardens with so many plants on the outsides of the home that I wouldn't need to bring plants indoors. The vegetable and fruits in the garden and the bees, this is my dream home! The CO2 features and the features that allow the home to feel as if all the windows are open! Incredible!

This property is amazing! You can definitely tell how much planning and money was put into the landscaping. I love how open the interior is, I love to see the use of board form concrete and the minimalism with the furniture. Everything works well together and is not "in your face" (which some people like, but I prefer the simpler interior design). The water vapor fire feature is such a great idea and looks just as beautiful as real fire. The fact that this house is zero carbon certified is just cherry on top! Quick question - is the pool having saltwater also part of the zero carbon effort? It's not something we see often in properties such as this, so it stood out to me in the video. As always, great job team! The b-rolls were beautiful as usual and yours and Mikey's chatting chemistry is making the videos very enjoyable compared to other KZfaq hours tours!

Wow! I think this is my favorite Home that you have toured Enes and Mikey. I love the indoor/outdoor feel, the garden, the bees, the water vapor fireplace, the zero carbon footprint, the filtration system, the heated pool, and the view. Now when I’m back Stateside, I gotta buy those Powerball lotto tickets to afford to buy this house, if it is still available. Going to watch again, I like it that much. Thanks guys.

Quite a nice home. Mostly wheelchair accessible too. I'd want to build a small apiary shack in back. I also love that the back area isn't wasted and IS private. To that end, a bit of sight blocking artwork would be nice at the entry. 16:20- I want to put an outdoor shower on every bathroom/bedroom patio, the gym patio, and three for the pool behind the outdoor fireplace! 16:48- Lovely! The Zender positive pressure system will let you open every window-wall and still have low dust entry. A bonus is how it politely pushes flying insects away. (Read the reviews) 25:29- Yep. An outdoor shower would tuck neatly behind that little tree on a small grate with vertical planks around it.

i love the hill that's behind it. and i love the swimming pool + putting areas. the office is also one of my favorite parts. to me, that's a very neccessary spot! great work. great footage.

I really love the whole concept of this home. I like this semi naturel look of the garden, looking a bit like a humid forest with a touch of tropic. The patio is gorgeous. I love the "fire places" and the kitchen is pure perfection. 🙂 Lots of taste everywhere and I love the space feeling and the "forest getting inside". Josh would just really have to prove that he is the best, 🤔 and I hope that if he is not, the system would allow to switch to something different or communicate with another one smarter, without to have to rebuild the whole place. 😁

Really great place! Almost perfect and worth every penny. And so much outdoor space! And what a view. It’s located in my favorite part of LA too. If I had the money and decided or had to move to LA for whatever reason…this would be the home I’d choose. And it’s carbon neutral qualification, is just the cherry on the cake!

Honestly, this one might take the cake from the Calabasas one for me. Although I like the furnishings, as well as the nicer basketball court pool and pool house from the Calabasas home, the view and the zero emissions, as well as the fact that is still right in LA might give this one the edge. Also, the Landscaping is well worth the 2 mil, it just completes it for me

single story homes are it. i love this house. very warm and homey. I could never understand gigantic homes. a home should be exactly that, A HOME, but each to their own I guess. this is a beautiful home.
