Hopefully the documentary results in a much needed backlash against the Dallas Cowboys for exploiting talented & athletic women who are inadequately compensated for the marketing & branding of the DC billion-dollar football business. The culture of being "America's Sweethearts" sets the stage for young women affected by the need to be "people-pleasers" to be exploited. Pay the ladies what they're worth! Even the mascot makes more. Give the female cheerleaders continuing contracts at fair market value in the same way that the male football players are compensated.

DCC is just like company principle dancers. As a dad I had my 3 sons dance in big city nutcracker ballet as kid performers and l never knew what athletes the company dancers are, wow, RESPECT. They make it look so easy, like any top athletes. Take your average person to tryouts and we'd be laughing. Netflix needs to do it again next year, I'm hooked in a nice way. Now my fantasy foitball team has to have a cowboy!

I think Cheerleading should be a Sport for adults and be separate from the football. I think they should have more for them since they do so much for this.

The NFL needs to do a better job paying all NFL Cheerleaders lots of money. I am talking about thousands of dollars per games including appearances. If the coaches, football players, team mascots, and water boys and girls alot of money, the cheerleaders more so. They are athletes as well.

Lost respect for her when she berated a training camp candidate in Netflix .... told her your left kick wont make and I dont care if you are sore ... KICK!!! Made another DCC cry all because she casually asked where the ornament with her name on it was ... Also she states she doesnt like girls using DCC as a stepping stone and yet most girls use this as their way to the next career after DCC to be choreographer or director of another team ... uh what did Melissa Rycroft do after DCC and she oozes when she brings her on the show ..if they do another season she may want to tone it down ... she came off as bitchy totally different from the CMT show
