After Gininda testimony, the judge is visibly defeated in his attempts to attack the defence in front of witnesses. Point number one DNA results confirm that all 5 accused persons were not on the crime scene. Point number two Gininda alleged confession statements are not worth the paper they are written on. In fact , the circumstances around those statements forced the judge to keep quiet about mjiako. Baloi has closed his case without bringing mjiako.
