Walk with Fire Chief Adam Robinson to see Payne Springs Fire Rescue’s #Enforcer #Pumper! With longevity in mind, the department upgraded to an all-metal interior. Preconnect lines deploy off the rear, expanding room for deadlays to be placed above the pump panel. The driver’s side compartment includes a built-in engineer’s toolbox and a swing out peg board. Two hard suctions were placed on both sides of the apparatus. For easy access, the hose reel is stored in the rear compartment. A rear-facing camera and 360-degree lights allow for increased visibility on scene. Floating trays were added to store supply lines on each side. All discharges have multiple caps for ease of use. Front-end warning lights, a Roto-Ray and a Roto-Beam light bar were mounted to warn civilians of their incoming apparatus in #PayneSpringsTX.
