How about both, lift spacer and lift spring? Just a thought, not sure it is feasible at all. Just wondering.

Well when modifying your car it’s always a risk when it comes to warranty. Fortunately, newer Teslas have very few issues with batteries and engines so it is a risk but a small risk. You could install a screen protector and a week later have dead pixels and Tesla, in theory, could claim your screen protector caused it, even though you and I know it doesn’t. I know at least one case where someone had issues with malfunctioning engines and he had lowering springs and Tesla didn’t mention the lowering springs, they just changed the engine on warranty but they could also make life hard for him. I’d say do it, don’t worry and if you have any issues, just put the car in stock springs before bringing the car to the service center and you should be just fine. Just do it properly. However I can’t guarantee you won’t have any problems but I highly doubt it.

The way I heard it works is that they won't honor the warranty if they deem the suspension adjustment was the culprit.

@@MidniteSon Basically yes.. And well, even though it’s unrealistic, I can imagine Tesla complaining about the angle of CV joint so yeah.. My Tesla is being put on coilovers next weekend and the stock struts are being fitted with the stock springs and put on a shelf so if something goes south, I might as well put it on stock suspension before sending it of to Tesla.
