该剧改编自亦舒经典同名小说。
　　出身于上海普通人家的95后女孩麦承欢（杨紫饰），在母亲刘婉玉（何赛飞饰）的催促下，与男友辛家亮（牛骏峰饰）议婚。但辛家优渥的经济条件让这段原本平等的感情关系变得失衡，同时，麦母对女儿终身大事的过度插手，加速了麦承欢和辛家亮的分手。在孝顺父母和忠于自我之间，麦承欢艰难求索，她逐步从母亲强势的关爱中挣脱，在工作上更专心进取。麦承欢的蜕变得到了继祖母的认可，把自己最看重的酒店经营重任托付给她。继祖母的亲孙、职业酒店经理人姚志明（许凯饰）在与麦承欢的合作中逐渐对她理解并认同，俩人成为工作伙伴，携手并进。而在生活中，姚志明被麦家烟火气之下的真情包围，与麦承欢的感情逐渐升温。从“承欢膝下”到“成就自我”，麦承欢走出了一条独属于自己的不平凡的成长之路。
►Synopsis:
Mai Chenghuan, who comes from an ordinary family in Shanghai, was urged by her mother, Mrs. Liu, to discuss marriage with her boyfriend Xin Jialiang. However, the favorable economic conditions of the Xin family made this originally equal relationship unbalanced. The talk was nice..but imo it was just the start. The mom has actively done so many hurtful and doesn't think of her daughter. Shames and humulitaes her in public after not listening and trying to marry her off, this is after getting involved with business affairs. Then people tell her dont go to your daughters work she doesnt listen. Even in the talk she had her back facing her daighter still kinda hurtful.

I think you skip the palaces where heroin's mother's acting. There are so many places to prove her love for her daughter. And I was angry because she makes trouble in the hotel while heroin conducting a meeting. All mothers are like that. Their love works before their brain. Anyway then they share their ideas about each other at the kitchen in this episode.
