Thank you for watching. If you have any pleasant memories related to desserts, please leave them in the comments :)
Whipped cream 200g
Heavy cream 100g
And... a saucepan!
*I slightly boiled it once and simmered it for about 20-30 minutes on low heat.
*Since I couldn't try kaymak directly in Turkey, I imagined and analyzed the taste through various articles and blogs, and I went to Itaewon to experience it myself. I listened to the explanation of kaymak sold at a traditional Turkish bakery, bought it, and tried it. I thought it would be fine based on that. I made it using ingredients that are easily available and enjoyable in our neighborhood.
*Based on the kaymak I tasted in Itaewon, I tried to adjust it to a slightly lighter taste (you can adjust the ratio of whipped cream and heavy cream according to your preference!).
*There are various methods to make it, such as using a slow cooker, microwave, rice cooker, or oven, but I made it with the simplest saucepan.
*In conclusion, it tasted heavenly... I will definitely go to Turkey someday!! Join me, Bon Appรฉtit!
*I bought baguettes and ciabatta at Sungsu Bonanza Bakery ๐ฅ
