I tried to make a motor break-in method into a video. But this is not the correct answer. I think the way of thinking is important. 【ミニ四駆】モーター慣らし カーボンブラシ編 • 【ミニ四駆】モーター慣らし カーボンブラシ編

Hallo, is the neodymum magnet has affected to increase strength of magnet inside the motor?

Is this also working for sprint dash and ultra ? Cam I use normal grease like in the mini 4wd kit ? 8 hours running? Serious?
@alexanderison38825 жыл бұрын
During the 8hours continous break in do you need to re oil or just the oil in the beginning is enough? Is vodoo oil a good oil to put in the commutator before the break in process? Thank you :)
@AZARASHI3ODN4 жыл бұрын
It is enough to add oil first.

What's the app that youve used to check the magnetic of the motor?

thanks for sharing your experience. I have an adjustable power supplier but no cooling system. I run a Hyper Dash Pro at 1.5v for 15,000,000 rotations (about 16 hours). The improvement was from 27,000 rpm to 28,000 rpm which was not as huge as your job. Was there anything wrong?
@AZARASHI3ODN4 жыл бұрын
There are Hit or miss in the motor. In the case of HDP, 3V, 30000rpm at the time of opening, I think it is "Hit Motor". However, the 27,000 rpm motor is at a normal level, but if you break in, it will rotate about 30,000 rpm. ・Did you lubricate the motor shaft? ・Do you have a contact restorer? Lubricate the shaft before break-in and use contact restorer after break-in.

@@AZARASHI3ODN I think the problem was that no lubricant the shaft before break in. I saw you did it. what's the lubricant?
@rizvian244 ай бұрын
@@SuperJsToysChannel I'm using wd40 multipurpose lubricant to lubricate the shaft. My hyperdash is peaked at 30k RPM after 3 minutes break in with 5v

I had problems whit my Motor it was stuttering a lot I bought these 3 layer carbon brushes do I need to run them in for a very long time to make good contact?
@AZARASHI3ODN3 жыл бұрын
I think it's a good idea to take a long time to get used to the carbon brush slowly.

Is it feasible to use Tamiya 53508 lubricated carbon brush before break-in?

That's metal oil. It's okay.
