Note: Drafted livers are not going to be actually playing, they are just giving permission to let their name be borrowed. For general context, this is a baseball event on a game called PowerPro Baseball. Koshien = a "dream" stadium for lots of baseball players in Japan. Baseball is Japan's almost-national sport - it's super popular!
