To make this simple, they are playing a baseball game called Power Pro, only the coach will be the one playing. The drafted team members will be their customized avatar where the coach will try to raise their stats in-game before the tournament. They're playing in a game called PAWAPURO, which is basically a simulation for the baseball games. The coaches (which are the people in this clip) then design avatars based on the Niji livers that they've drafted. The Niji livers that are picked here will not personally play the game, only the coaches. Only their names and appearances are borrowed.
