It's been insane watching how quickly Hololive has grown for the past year, and how it exploded internationally in the last few months

Theres gonna come a point where they're probably bigger than Kizuna Ai was, and its a whole group of them. They won't be able to go out much because people will recognize them by their voices, and maybe their identities will become leaked. It worries me, because it means they won't have anonymity anymore. I wonder if the best way for them to prevent that, is to just make the revealing of their identities another event for them, like how idols have their anime personas, but play as them during the live concerts, but they're also still their real selves. The HL members would end up attaching their real identities to their virtual personas, and people would still consider them to be their HL personas, but then they have that added factor of their real identities- argh im making my head hurt with all of this thinking, you get what I mean though. They'll eventually end up being REAL celebrities on a national level. Maybe. Just like any other idol group.

Scatman" is undoubtedly the most popular, and Matsuri's "All You Need Are Band-Aids" video translated by lyger is another notable one. Personally, I first came across "Natsuiro Matsuri - I am NOT angry!!!" by Hololive Moments through my recommendations. Then you have "Korone speaks in Spanish" by F F bringing in a whole new demographic of viewers. Either way, the translators are heroes in expanding Hololive across the world.

@Magnus Rage I agree, my comment is mostly a joke. I'm generally against overfocusing memes when giving exposure because from that sort of misrepresentation I could've missed out on some of my favorite VTubers up to this point.

Hopefully the recent copyright trouble got Cover corp. off their asses and are go8ng to take things a bit more seriously.

I think they know each other's real names but because they call each other by their handle/persona names on stream more often than meeting up irl, they're more used to it plus it's also convenient since the chances of slipping up are lesser.
