Actually it's clubs, not spades here. I've learned that the shape depends on her mood: happy/neutral = diamonds passionate/excited = hearts sad/disappointed = clubs angry = spades (I haven't seen this one up until a certain music video.) Check out a couple of her meme videos such as the "pol pol song" and you'll see.
