Below is a paddling checklist, check it out in order, and practice where you have a shortage.

======= Paddling Checklist =======
1. Do you hold your upper body and paddle? Is the chest area away from the board?
: Raise your upper body strength and flexibility to lift your upper body and paddle.
2. Is the upper body paddled so that it does not shake?
Do not be too drastic, too deep, too far. Let's practice step by step!
Practice your paddle so that your upper body is not shaky enough.
3. Do not paddle too soon?
: Feel the feeling of grabbing water while paddling slowly rather than paddling too fast!
4. Is the center of the body padded to the stringer side of the board?
: Develop your belly and core muscles to minimize the area of the body touching the board, and practice exercising to put weight on the center of the board!
5. Is it possible to relax easily without waiting five minutes?
: Practice paddling frequently. Practice aerobic exercises without breathing over aerobic exercise rather than breathing!
6. Can you get the propulsion of the board easily with a small number of times?
: Practice the S-stroke and paddle one time to increase the momentum!
