Hello, everyone~~~~~~~~
I showed you malcha scones today.
I only had horse tea powder with sugar for drinks, so I had no choice but to use it.
The downside is that the color doesn't come out well! If you have a drink at home, you can measure it in the same amount, and if you have pure horse tea powder for baking and cooking, you have to make it a little different! I'll write it down!
And this time, I was trying to make a video of using a hand mixer and a kneading machine in two batches, but I didn't know that the most important part of the kneading machine wasn't filmed.ㅜㅜ I found out while editing.
When you use a kneading machine, turn the powder at the lowest speed and pour milk and whipped cream twice, and the powder gradually mixes with the liquid.
Only knead so that the liquids do not seep into the powder. Just to the point where it's like crumble together. Please be careful not to be a lump.
You can use both horse tea powder and green tea powder.
I made it in two styles!
The first one was made by pouring a lot of horse-drawn glaze.
The second one was done by putting marshmallows on the scone and sprinkling horse tea powder!
Check it out on the video!
