In the first chapter we will know the historical origins of viticulture in our land as well as the origin of the varieties that characterize this area, its relationship with the Way of St. James and a brief review of the characteristics of the terrain and the organoleptic details of the wines that they occur in the area of ​​'Tierra de León'.
